But determined we are because we know how many if you want this for you in Paris, using the same techniques, methods of administration, products and basically results as the now, world famous, CC.

We have kept the price is exactly the same as london, we haven’t bumped them to take advantage of you all - as we know it’s an economic crisis and we’re just happy to be here.

The grand opening, will be on the 2nd of May 2025 and you can click on the bio to book. pray that my face is in full operating order by then, it only seems fair (given that I developed Bell’s Palsy here!).

I always believe that what is for you doesn’t go by you, people come into your life for different reasons but if you’re meant to meet, you’re meant to meet.

Some of you may remember that last summer I took my children to Portofino in Italy to stay at the @belmondhotelsplendido .

It was certainly one of the most beautiful places, we’ve stayed in. The only downside of these crystal clear waters, is no sand, and very sharp cobbled beaches. So crazy about swimming, I booked us all in to the Dolce and Gabbana Beach club.

The first person I saw, it was a very gorgeous @edgarmartin__ wearing a cute little Prada outfit and showing his friend. His friend smiled and said he looked good, but I could see Edgar was disappointed. So despite not knowing him at all, I said you look f*cking amazing by the way (because he did!).

He asked what I did for a living, I told him. He lit up like a Christmas tree and we talked all things aesthetics. I recognised his LA accent, and then told him I had a clinic in Beverly Hills. It was a match made in heaven. And when I met his stunningly beautiful husband @bychrismartin moments later, I knew we would be friends for life. Smart, beautiful, creative, what’s not to like? They left early, and gave my daughters the rest of their rental time on their hover board. So now my kids are actually obsessed with them and call them the gorgeous Dolce guys. 🥰🥰

I met up with him when I was in my Beverly Hills clinic, with our gorgeous Dr Josh. We did some dissolving before refilling perfectly.

Same time this year?

I always believe that what is for you doesn’t go by you, people come into your life for different reasons but if you’re meant to meet, you’re meant to meet.

Same time this year?

This is 53. 53 years of learning about life, huge gut wrenching disappointments, dizzying highs, and (hopefully) becoming an improved person by the year. 53 years of being both a well-travelled human piñata, and the luckiest girl alive.

The first thing I thought as my children kissed me sloppily awake this morning, was that I was still alive, still learning and grateful AF. Hell I’ve even got 80 per cent of my smile back! (Small gainz!). I’m physically lifting more than ever, and more than an even chunk of men at my gym. Actually.

Whyyyy do so many injectors completely screw up the chin and jawline ? I KNOW you all know what I’m talking about, Instagram is littered with the same. Sharp angles you could gut a fish with, that weird overly-elfin pointed chin that is a dead giveaway, or looking like a crescent moon or a Punch and Judy doll from the side? We genuinely don’t understand why people even think this looks good. It looks weird and alien, when Essex is supposed to enhance what you have and be undetectable.

Sometimes people just have a disproportionately smaller chin, a little like this lady. Sometimes they have such a small mandible, and heavy buccal fat pad, that this little imbalance makes them look so much heavier than they really are at first glance.

They feel disconnected with this, they look after themselves, they’re not overweight but the face tells a completely different story.

Dr. Gareth not only very carefully protects the chin in small increments, but also addresses the jawline and the perioral area, to blend any jowls so as to be undetectable, and therefore redress the balance of the face perfectly.

But we won’t be bumping the prices, we’re going to keep them in line with london to be absolutely fair, and so all of you in Europe get a chance to visit the craftsmanship you’ve learnt to expect from our doctors.

You will also be offering training opportunities for medical doctors, was just appearances from all of our professionals.

These “B reels” were actually taken just hours before my whole face decided to shut down and stop working. I still don’t have movement back… and I’m four months into quite severe Bell’s palsy.

At first I was clearly devastated with my new face of stone, but four months has given me some very different perspectives.

I actually have grieved for my smile, it’s soul destroying not to have that lovely positive expression (even if you didn’t think it was a perfect smile to begin with). I hate when my children tell me wonderful news or show me something amazing they’ve made, but I cannot show how I’m feeling with my face.

But when this paralysis spread to the other side, and for a very brief few days, I thought I was confronting a terminal illness and leave my children without a mother - I suddenly didn’t really care about how I looked.

I noticed how few people with Bells Palsy, were comfortable with posting online and so here I am showing every inch of my vulnerability but hopefully giving you a little perspective too .

You may think you look terrible, but I assure you you don’t. You will age, you will change, and the things that matter the most are genuinely not what you look like. And I do appreciate the hypocrisy of somebody who owns the business I do in saying that!

15 years ago to this very day, whilst on the phone to my friend Robin (but not remotely listening to his girlfriend trouble).... I suddenly felt remarkably nauseated & decided to wee on the stick you can see in the photo - spare pregnancy test. (Yes, yes still on the phone.... I was impatient, and very quiet - he was none the wiser). This set of double red lines stared back and I actually shook with terror / excitement. And so, my long awaited journey into parenthood began and Lara was born in the November of that year.

Today as I type, she is playing netball close to our family home where she lives with her little sister, who came along not long afterwards. They are healthy, strong, athletic, kind and beautiful. I am fiercely proud of them both. The second photo, is us - just lying in the sunshine, on a desert floor having a picnic, in Africa.

It’s the same place I went on Safari to pull myself together just after I lost my first ever child (of 10 😢). I remember weeping bitterly, and wondering if I ever would bring my take-home babies here one day. The second picture is my constant screensaver, because it’s proof that I made it in the end and how lucky we are.

I later rang one of my besties, Sarah, and told her the news first, she was expecting to deliver her boy/girl twins the very next day. It was one of the most monumental days of my life for so many reasons.

It heralded two of the most amazing little girls who were to come to me, heal me in ways I never thought possible, act as a catalyst to build a mini empire for them, and just...... be better. Anyone that knows me, knows that they are my raison d’être and my biggest motivators.

Happy 10th March! Hoping those that want and need them, get their special dates this year.

Be patient. Remember it’s statistically impossible to always have bad luck. Better days are coming. I know it.

But I celebrate this date every year as one of the most monumental milestones of my life, and one I am most grateful for ❤️❤️❤️

Well, it’s possible to use neurotoxin and/or and fillers to target specific facial muscles ( orbicularis, mentalis, and depressor anguli oris (DAO) )to improve the appearance of the lower face.

It’s one of our go-tos, when somebody complains of having a
“resting b*tch face”. We caution - it’s so important to trust a skilled injector, as even a small mistake can lead to an undesirable outcome and a wonky smile.

Happy international women’s day. I own the CC, & have 2 children and blessed and happy to be a single parent. As our Dr Kevin said to me when we were having a rare moment to chat in New York, outside the bustling slash of colour and noise that is CC - “No one outworks you” (my team work crazy hard FYI). I didn’t even try to contest it, because it’s true. Empires don’t build themselves, & I wanted a means of supporting my children (then in nappies) for their lifetime, financially. I never wanted to go “cap in hand” to anyone. It’s not, and never has been, me.

I’ve had DMs from followers asking where my kids are (FYI, with me! I keep them on UK time & work whilst they sleep, or they are at their dads on alternate weekends like most children of separated parents). The concept of family is changing so much, & it’s very different from 25 years ago.What’s good for the family is good for each child. If you have a family, you’re managing a complex organisation.

I’m leading at work, and I’m leading at home, & the skill set is no different. As such my children have travelled the world, are independent, & entrenched in my bright daughters’ brains, beneath the blonde curls, is “women can do anything they want”. They’re proud of what we have and why.

I embrace work/life integration. I just do everything all the time. I’ll go to work and spend 20 minutes during downtime, ordering name labels online, & always up time. I work as soon as the girls sleep. The notion of balance is a bit of a misnomer. It’s more like a seesaw.

I’ve tried to create a CC environment that is “parent-friendly”, where coming in late because of a kid is fine, and answering emails does not have to be done from within the office walls. One of my UK PAs has a little one (as do most of the doctors), and it’s important she sees her.

I can do without reading a poem on social media reminding me to ‘cherish every moment’ when I’ve only had 7 hours’ sleep in the last 3 days.

This page is all about support in different guises, so please, never EVER criticise a women parenting their child, when they do obviously love them with all their hearts & souls. Offer to babysit & hand them 🍷

In this particular case, the focus was on softening wrinkles, firming the jawline, and providing support under the mouth and eyes, resulting in a softer, younger, and fresher appearance, while still maintaining the individual’s natural look.

She already had well balanced features, so we didn’t fix what wasn’t broken 🥰

What is the purpose of Full Face rejuvenation (FFR), and take us through it step by step??

It’s not about completely changing someone’s face, but rather enhancing what their mama gave them to create the best version of their face.

This can involve correcting dominant or recessive features, as well as supporting the tissue to make the person look younger, without making them look artificial or unnatural. In this particular case, the focus was on softening wrinkles, firming the jawline, and providing support under the mouth and eyes, resulting in a softer, younger, and fresher appearance, while still maintaining the individual’s natural look.

She already had well balanced features, so we didn’t fix what wasn’t broken 🥰

Let’s show you exactly the first stages of us mapping out a bespoke FFR. And yes, Male treatments are totally a thing! Alex had a heavier lower face, so it was our job to effectively balance the upper and mid face accordingly. We keep the integrity of the face, whilst polishing it to being the best version of itself.

So here we show you how to plan out facial filler treatments (FFRs) to enhance Alex’s facial features. We identify areas to fill in, such as his temples, forehead, nose, and cheeks, in order to create a more balanced and masculine appearance.

Here we show you techniques like elongating the jaw, and added lateral cheek filler to achieve a more chiseled look. The transformation is dramatic, making Alex’s face appear more sculpted and youthful.

This was performed by Dr Kate in our Birmingham clinic.

He was thrilled with this result, and not a bruise on him.

Let’s show you exactly the first stages of us mapping out a bespoke FFR. And yes, Male treatments are totally a thing! Alex had a heavier lower face, so it was our job to effectively balance the upper and mid face accordingly. We keep the integrity of the face, whilst polishing it to being the best version of itself.

So here we show you how to plan out facial filler treatments (FFRs) to enhance Alex’s facial features. We identify areas to fill in, such as his temples, forehead, nose, and cheeks, in order to create a more balanced and masculine appearance.

Here we show you techniques like elongating the jaw, and added lateral cheek filler to achieve a more chiseled look. The transformation is dramatic, making Alex’s face appear more sculpted and youthful.

This was performed by Dr Kate in our Birmingham clinic.

When you have children, you often rot in a toxic relationship because you think it’s “best for the kids”.

(PS it’s not. They know).

Every time I open a new clinic, I get that familiar feeling of fear that I now completely understand this part of the process of success.

It’s usually followed, thankfully not too long afterwards, by euphoria & validation when patients come to my little place of “face worship” to feel more confident about the way they look.

My other HUGE fear, is not failing, it’s stagnation. It’s actually what drives me.

I flew back out to Paris today, to meet with the contractors that are going to transform our beautiful place on the 17th arrondissement into our first French clinic. Every time I open another , I think, “ Thank God I took that risk over a decade ago to make a go of this”.

I promise you on everything I am, I never post these to be smug, I post things like this all the time because each damn occasion I do it - I get literally hundreds of messages saying Thank you ! Thank you ! Thank you! Thank you for that sign!

So now, this is finally the year, during a truly catastrophic post-Covid economy, that I will be holding business (and scalability) workshops to very small numbers to give something back.

It was an odd coincidence here today in Birmingham, when we had three independent very young girls with deep insecurity about their noses in for a liquid rhinoplasty. All accompanied by their loving parents “ who wanted them to go to a safe professional” who was going to take care of their child.

It’s always a joyous experience to see somebody leave our clinic a completely different person, literally glowing with joy and the exuding confidence. 12 hours back-to-back patient, and a truly remarkable day with Dr. Kate.

Honestly, because other peoples opinions just complicate things. The older I get, the more authentic I get, and the less I care. I am so much happier for that.

The larger this account becomes, the harder is to please everybody, well of course it’s impossible. I can’t imagine how difficult it must be for someone with uber fame, and I’m really grateful that I’m not one of them.

There is something quite liberating about having a broken face, and being really open about all of its asymmetrical nuances (admittedly hopefully temporary). At least there are absolutely zero expectations, and people are usually pleasantly surprised when they meet me.

A perfect example of “don’t believe the 💩on internet”. Sometimes people make crap up because they’re bored. Sometimes they are influencers that want to look cooler than they are , but haven’t got a dollar to their name (oh hey Dubai).

Sometimes, they want to look like they are the object of someone else’s desire to make someone jealous, or look more wealthy or successful than they are. Sometimes in its worst cases it’s Belle Gibson à la “cider apple vinegar”.

I post this to say, no one has it all figured out. Even those who perhaps have money, or good looks - they still have their own issues and worries.

What does ageing look like under the skin?? Simplistically put, the facial muscles and fat pads decrease in volume, while the casing holding them together and the underlying structure of the facial muscles - the superficial muscular aponeurotic system or “SMAS”, loses its elasticity, culminating in a true domino effect.

The SMAS sits between bone and fat. When bones give way, the muscles follow. Although muscles may weaken with age, their relative pull is greater on the less resistant tissues and dermis and can result in hyperdynamic expressions, creating caricatures that grimace rather than smile. The orbicularis oris muscle overwhelms the perioral skin, resulting in puckered lips in the youthful face but resembling tense, pursed lips with aging.

Aging more slowly , may be synonymous with retaining fullness of features, smooth facial contours, gradual transitions between facial areas, and proper proportions in 3 dimensions while showing only a modicum of lines, blemishes, hollows, and shadows.

The bone remodels - The facial bones are the framework for the attachment of overlying soft tissue, providing stability, structure, and definition. Support from this platform diminishes as the bones recede and remodel with age, resulting in the recession and repositioning of the overlying soft tissue. This results in an inferior and medial repositioning of fat pads and muscles as they realign over the shifting bony foundation.

By working on every layer of the face with non surgical applications (and for more severe cases, surgical!) it is rare that in the right hands, this cannot be improved to rejuvenate the appearance.

You have our word as a group of doctors, that we will always refer you - or tell you when the time for surgery has come and always include that as an option for you, even if it technically doesn’t serve our business interests. We have plenty of surgeons whom have work we trust in, and we will never ever receive a kickback or bonus for such a recommendation. After all it’s all about the patient

Dreams coming, true are absolutely not dependent on having a husband. Or being young. Or even having an amazing plan.

The Christmas after my younger daughter was born, I was walking through the snow, in her pram, desperately trying to get her asleep for her midday nap. It was one of those moments as a mother, when I felt really contented, even though I was absolutely battered from having two kids under two. She was asleep, it was Christmas, and my family was finally complete (although my marriage was on its arse) . I was walking through TK Maxx of all places, and decided to write a wish on a tree, and make a donation to a charity. No sooner had I made my wish but I saw a cheap sign, and green, with the words in white saying.”dreams can come true”. I took this as a sign, bought it and immediately and even took a picture of her sleeping with the same propped up against her. She was indeed, along with her sister, a living miracle after losing so many children, and some of them so late on.

After an apocalyptic divorce, which stripped me of every penny I had - I started to focus as much as I could on the girls. Exhausting though they were - they are what I had wanted my whole life. So long as I had them - and we were healthy, we’d be OK.

Fast forward 12 years later, and strolling around my (now new) neighbourhood - I spotted the painting above in an art gallery. I was with my daughter again, this time she was holding my hand and chattering about where we were going on holiday this year.

I stopped dead in my tracks, and ordered it on the spot. After a particular vicious few months of health problems - the universe was again reminding me my dreams indeed had come true. Unfortunately, there was only one left in the world, & it was in a gallery on a cruise ship. I’ve had to wait three months for this.

Today, 12 years later, our second “dreams come true” piece of art arrived in the house. But this time the house is not my husband’s house in Preston, it’s my own personal mansion in Cheshire where I live in blissful happiness with the most amazing family ever.

PS my wish in TK Maxx was for the babies & to be happy and healthy, (and have the mansion!) #itworked

How the actual F, has TikTok become so important to medical professionals? How does how we dance, how we edit movies, the sound tracks we hear, our fonts , how we deliver jokes etc (*repeat to fade) become so important to how successful we are as medics?

I’m never drawn to perfect looking people because I’m old and ugly enough to understand that there is no such thing. The subjective element of perfect, makes this a bit of a misnomer anyway.

Dr James and I were chatting once, about both being a bit quirky and off beat (I have ADHD). We both considered that all you needed to do for a basic level of happiness, was surround yourself with “your own kind of weird”.

I never even bought into the “perfect influencer” thing. I’ve been around the block enough times to be able to spot when the flash cars were borrowed, and the house was rented. The 5 star hotel where the glamorous photos were taken of the gleaming 20 somethings preening themselves - also just for show, before security ushered them away as non residents . They are also often the kind of person that would sell their own mum down the river for a deal. As my old granny would say “they still poop, bleed and have runny noses ”.

I don’t have the option of showing a perfect side, because I don’t have one.

Well facially I have a huge incongruence where my LHS looks perfect compared to the RHS 🤣. But for nearly 100 days now, I’ve not been able to smile (and only just with a closed mouth), and my face is grossly asymmetrical with a huge eye that struggles to blink or close.

Not long after diagnosis , I found myself searching out people like me, the more real, and wonky - the better.

Others that had something interesting to say, perhaps a perspective I’d never considered - an amputee, women over 50, a man that had quit the rat race to live overseas frugally but see a different side of the planet than he was used to. I have nothing in common with a 20 year old with a perfect butt , who is pretending to live in a penthouse on Central Park, and attributes said ass to raspberry leaf tea and not the surgery I know for a fact she had.

I want to look at someone real, a bit ragged around the edges, battle hardened , with an honest story to tell, with a growth mindset, and wisdom to impart that got her through it

The 5 star hotel where the glamorous photos were taken of the gleaming 20 somethings preening themselves - also just for show, before security ushered them away as non residents . They are also often the kind of person that would sell their own mum down the river for a deal. As my old granny would say “they still poop, bleed and have runny noses ”.

I don’t have the option of showing a perfect side, because I don’t have one.

Well facially I have a huge incongruence where my LHS looks perfect compared to the RHS 🤣. But for nearly 100 days now, I’ve not been able to smile (and only just with a closed mouth), and my face is grossly asymmetrical with a huge eye that struggles to blink or close.

Not long after diagnosis , I found myself searching out people like me, the more real, and wonky - the better.

Others that had something interesting to say, perhaps a perspective I’d never considered - an amputee, women over 50, a man that had quit the rat race to live overseas frugally but see a different side of the planet than he was used to. I have nothing in common with a 20 year old with a perfect butt , who is pretending to live in a penthouse on Central Park, and attributes said ass to raspberry leaf tea and not the surgery I know for a fact she had.

I want to look at someone real, a bit ragged around the edges, battle hardened , with an honest story to tell, with a growth mindset, and wisdom to impart that got her through it

Little @anmol_rodriguez_official was a couple of months old when her father threw acid on her mother following a fight between them. Baby Anmol was on her mother’s lap and few drops fell on her.

“My father was sent to jail and I was sent to an orphanage,”. Years of trauma and being abandoned by her relatives and society, forged her into the cheerful light who keeps inspiring men and women alike. She also works with NGOs against acid attack violence.

Not a paragon, but she is definitely a paradox of grit and grace. “Rejection is part of everyone’s life. But in my case, I wasn’t rejected because of my merits. It was because of my face and I feel pity about those shitty people, who judged me for my looks and never tested my merits or capabilities”.

THIS is everything. I started reading about this woman a few years ago, and couldn’t stop. She’s remarkable and humbling. I revisited her last year, when I developed a facial difference of my own, and was very briefly wallowing in my own self pity. I always come back to this incredible image and post it every few years to nod my respect.

We’re not being hypocritical because we’re an aesthetics clinic, but THIS is what true beauty is all about. There are just some souls in life, that shine golden and with confidence whatever life throws at them. No attraction based on mutual aesthetics can last the distance, but the rest can last forever.

We can polish the shell, but you provide the light. Some of you don’t even realise you radiate it before we’ve even touched you. This is a humbling reminder. Just look at the energy in this picture.
